This Sunday, we continue our journey through 1 and 2 Samuel. Specifically, we will be in 1 Samuel 11, looking at the story of David and Bathsheba.

As we’ll see, David’s life was far from perfect. He was guilty of sin. Egregious sin. Scandalous sin.

God did not call David a man after His own heart because he never sinned. He called him a man after His own heart because of how David responded after he sinned.

Join us on Sunday. We’ll look at how to fight hard against sin in the Christian life. And how to confess and repent when we fail.
