This Sunday, we begin our new sermon series in Paul’s letter to the Ephesians. We will spend the next 13 weeks in the book (about 2 sermons per chapter), exploring truths of the gospel, and what implications they have on our lives as Christians.

For our first Sunday, we’ll just take a look at the first couple verses – Ephesians 1:1-2. We will spend much of our time trying to get a preliminary understanding of the church in Ephesus. Drawing from other texts like Acts 18-20, 1 and 2 Timothy, and Revelation 2:1-7. Trying to figure out what the church was like, so that we will have framework for the letter as a whole as we work through it.
