This Sunday, we will hear from Psalm 138.  In it, David acknowledges the sovereignty of God, the authority of God, the holiness of God, the compassion of God, the sufficiency of God.  And he resolves to worship God, and trust in God, and hold fast to God, and to be grateful to God for his mercy.
