This Sunday, we will conclude our journey through Matthew’s narrative of Jesus’s birth and childhood, in Matthew 2:19-23.  In it, Joseph and Mary and Jesus leave Egypt (where they fled to escape Herod’s plot to murder Jesus) and return to Nazareth (where they will raise Jesus and his siblings).
