Join us on Sunday at James River Community Church to worship God through singing, praying, and hearing from His Word.

This Sunday, we will be in Luke 4:1-13. This will represent the last passage from Luke before we take a little break from it to study the book of Joel.

We’ll read about how Jesus is led by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness. How He is confronted and tempted by Satan, and how He ultimately resists temptation.

And we’ll talk about what this means for us as Christians, as we sojourn through this life together, battling sin along the way.
