Who is the Holy Spirit?  What is the role of the Holy Spirit in the live of a believer?

How are we to understand the sovereignty of God in our salvation?
Do we choose God? Or does God choose us?

We will attempt to answers these questions (among others) this Sunday (March 26), as we work through Joel 2:28-32.
