This Sunday, we will hear from Luke 18:35-43. In it, a blind beggar hears that Jesus is approaching, and cries out to him for mercy - even after he is rebuked and told to be quiet. Jesus stops, sees him, interacts with him, and heals him.
As we read it, we will consider what it looks like to depend relentlessly on Jesus. Even when it is inconvenient or embarrassing. And we will consider how Jesus saves those who trust in him, and calls them into a life of discipleship.
See you on Sunday!
