What does it look like to have healthy rhythms of work, and ministry, and rest? How can we love others, while also looking out for the health of our own soul?

How do we find a balance between task-oriented ministry and people-oriented ministry? How can we be faithful to the mission that God has called us to, without failing to loving the people that God has put in right front of us?
