Matt grew up in Pennsylvania, and served in the US Army before moving to Virginia in late 2016. He put his trust in Christ in early childhood, and matured in his Christian walk thanks to the work of the Holy Spirit and faithful men and women in DiscipleMakers campus ministry. He now works for the Army Corps of Engineers in Norfolk as a geotechnical engineer, and enjoys history, the outdoors, and spending time with his family. Matt and his wife Gina are striving to raise 5 children in the Lord, and have been members at James River Community Church since 2019.
