This Sunday, we will dive back into the gospel of Luke, and continue our journey through it. (We’ve been working slowing through Luke’s gospel since 2016, and are a little over half way through.)
Specifically, we will hear from Luke 13:18-21. Jesus uses two images to illustrate the kingdom of God – a mustard seed (that grows into a tree), and portion of leaven (that works itself into the entire batch of dough).
We will consider what these images are intended to communicate about the kingdom of God. And what they mean for our lives, as Christians.
