The Ladies Fellowship Breakfast that was originally scheduled for this Saturday (August 31) has been postponed.  We’ll be in touch soon with details on when it will be rescheduled.

Member Meeting

Stick around after Corporate Worship this Sunday to be a part of our monthly Member Meeting.  We will spend some time praying together and discussing different ministry areas in our church.

 

Sunday School
Starting Sunday, September 8

Our Fall semester of Sunday School begins on September 8, and will run until Thanksgiving.  Class will begin shortly after Corporate Worship ends.  Make plans to stick around and participate!  Johnny Rawls will be teaching the adult class.  If you are planning on participating, let us know, so that we can get you a participant's book!

 

CAPS Barbecue Fundraiser

The Coalition Against Poverty in Suffolk is having a fundraiser on Sunday, September 15.  They still need a few more volunteers to pull it off.  If you are able to help, sign up here!  (Or email Sasha Gilson.)

Small Groups - Fall 2024
We are looking to start several small groups for the fall!  If you've never been a part of one, consider giving it a try!  It is one of the best ways we have as a church to help you grow and build relationships.  Click here to let us help you get connected.

 

Serving and Encouraging Church Members
We have some church members (Holly Forrester, Beth Munden) who are experiencing health complications, and who are in particular need of encouragement and care.  We would love for church members to serve them by going to their homes to visit, bringing them a meal, and meeting any practical needs they may have.  If you are able, please sign up to help!
