How would you articulate the main point of 10:14-15 (and 10:17)?  What might these verses be calling us to in our lives?

In 10:16, Paul says that all Israel has not obeyed the gospel (and cites Isaiah 53:1).  How has Paul established this argument thus far in the book of Romans?  (See also Romans 2:1-3:20, 9:1-13.)

In 10:18, Paul asks if the nation of Israel has heard the gospel.  How does he answer that question?  How does he support that answer from scripture?  (See also Psalm 19:4.)

In 10:19-21, Paul asks if Israel has understood.  (Presumably, he is asking if they have understood that there will be Gentiles who are included in God’s redemptive plan, and that there will be Jewish people will be excluded from it.)  How does he answer this question?  How does he support his answer from scripture?   (See also Deuteronomy 32:21, and Isaiah 65:1-2.)
